For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery at every step.
Fast Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
Orders are delivered by Herbalife’s appointed UK delivery partners. The courier may vary depending on the order and delivery area.
Shipping & Processing Timelines
To maintain consistent service quality, we follow Herbalife’s official order processing standards:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually transferred to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse the following business day and typically shipped the same day.

Processing Time: Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be amended or cancelled. Any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
